Avria – UK Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to UK orders only.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is available depending on the nature of the product.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During launch periods or high-demand releases, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Clothing UK Delivery: 7-10 business days

  • Standard Accessories (caps) UK Delivery: 3-5 Business days

 

  • Express UK Delivery : 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates based of previous order lead times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery option selected.


Courier Delays

Avria is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or events outside our control. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with them.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Avria cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at avria.ubd@outlook.com with your order number.
We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
