Refund & Returns Policy

At Avria , every piece is designed with intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

All Avria pieces (apart from our caps - information provided in section below) are made to order.

Each item is produced individually once your order is placed to reduce waste and maintain production control.

Because of this, we do not operate a traditional returns system.

Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns & refunds
We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, alongside your order number reference. 

Non-refundable situations
We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing choices
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in print or placement

Please ensure you review sizing (attatched size guide) and product details carefully before purchasing.

Resolution process
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund where appropriate

 

Cap Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed - for hygiene purposes

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Items returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused and sent back to the customer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as Avria is not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
